Agnieszka Socha, owner of WorkerService, shares her emotions before the Great Gala Success Written in Lipstick - an event where she had the pleasure of sitting on the judging panel this year.

Tomorrow the Great Gala Success Written in Lipstick will take place - an event that has supported and appreciated Polish female entrepreneurs for years.

This amazing initiative is created by Olga Kordys Kozierowska, whose work and dedication changes the lives of Polish entrepreneurs. Through the #wedidinpoland initiative, she gives strength, energy and supports Polish pride.

Big bows are also due to Aleksandra Moskal and Dominika Jajszczak - women full of passion, kindness and wonderful feminine energy.

The emotions from last year, beautiful words captured in a video from that gala, enormous surprise and tears of emotion - all of this will stay with me for the rest of my life.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all this year's finalists. I had the pleasure of sitting on the judging panel for the candidates and I know that the winners are truly exceptional.
