Temporary Employment Agency (TEA)
In this model, cooperation involves providing a worker to fill staffing gaps in a team. The employment agency acts here as the formal employer – it handles recruitment, signing the contract, settlements, and HR matters.
From the perspective of everyday work, however, the employee becomes part of the team of the company they have been assigned to.
1.Work management: Assigning daily tasks, monitoring their execution, and ongoing supervision are entirely the responsibility of the company that requested the employee.
2.Workplace: The employee physically performs their duties at the plant or office of the target company.
3.Settlement: Most often based on working time (e.g., hours worked).
Process and service outsourcing
Outsourcing is not about acquiring workers themselves, but about delegating an entire process or task to an external company (e.g., IT services, logistics, accounting, or cleaning).
An outsourcing company provides not only a qualified team but often also its own tools, expertise (know-how), and procedures to fully complete the order.
1.Work management: The external contractor independently manages its own team, arranges schedules, and ensures tasks are carried out efficiently. The ordering company is not concerned with how the work is organized, only with its result.
2.Workplace: The service may be performed at the client's premises or entirely off-site (e.g., in an external logistics center).
3.Settlement: Based on delivering a finished result or completing a specific service, rather than time spent working.
