Artificial Intelligence is Transforming the World of Work – Report from AI UNLOCKED

We attended the AI UNLOCKED conference where experts and practitioners discussed real applications of artificial intelligence in business. AI not only supports production and logistics but also helps manage HR processes more effectively – including at WorkerService.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to attend the AI UNLOCKED – BEYOND DISINFORMATION: Hybrid Work and Competitiveness event organized by Confindustria Polonia in Katowice. The conference focused on practical aspects of implementing artificial intelligence across various industries, from manufacturing and logistics to HR and education.

One of the main highlights was a lecture by Andreia Allocco, who presented inspiring examples of AI use. Artificial intelligence today allows us to predict manufacturing errors, analyze agricultural data, and support people’s daily work without replacing them. Participants also heard presentations on AI’s capabilities in real-time machine problem-solving, task planning and optimization, as well as satellite and weather data analysis for agriculture.

This event confirmed that AI is not a threat but a partner supporting humans in various professional fields, from factories to offices.

At WorkerService, we also see how AI improves recruitment processes, candidate-job matching, and data analysis, consistently keeping humans at the center of all activities.
