BNI+1 Katowice Group: Inspiring Meeting in Krakow and a Joint Theatre Outing
Business is not just numbers. Reflections after the BNI+ Katowice panel discussion
Agnieszka Socha, owner of WorkerService, shares her thoughts after the panel discussion during the BNI+ Katowice meeting, which was attended by, among others, Rafał Sonik and Ryszard Hołubniak. The conversation focused on what matters most in business - trust, relationships and responsibility.
It's easy to focus on results, numbers and successive goals. But after years of running companies, it's clear that the most valuable things don't appear in reports - and that's exactly what today's panel discussion was about during the BNI+ Katowice meeting.
It's trust built over years. It's relationships that survive harder times. It's people who, through working together, have better lives and better businesses.
Today's panel was a good reminder of what matters most in business. Particularly valuable were the reflections of Rafał Sonik on the weight of responsibility, consequences and building something bigger than just financial results, as well as the experience of Ryszard Hołubniak, who showed that in business, trust and credibility are capital that cannot be bought.
At WorkerService, we have long believed that running a company is much more than just numbers in a report. It's people, their stories and relationships that we build every day - both with business clients and with employees whom we support in their daily work and lives. Meetings such as the panel discussion during BNI+ Katowice are a valuable reminder for us that these values are worth cultivating regardless of how much the company grows.
