12th Employee Posting Conference – Labor Market Challenges in the AI Era

Representatives of Workerservice participated in the 12th Employee Posting Conference in Warsaw, focusing on labor market challenges related to automation, artificial intelligence, and demographic changes.

The 12th Employee Posting Conference took place in Warsaw, organized by the Employment Agencies Association. This year’s main theme was recruiting employees in times of advancing automation, artificial intelligence development, and social changes that increasingly impact the labor market.

The conference brought together HR specialists, employment agency representatives, and labor law experts. Discussions covered current legal changes, inspections by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP), as well as new trends in employing foreign workers. Participants gained knowledge through presentations and extensive networking opportunities.

Emphasis was placed on the importance of developing digital competencies and the ability to adapt to new technologies in recruitment processes. Attendees exchanged experiences and obtained practical advice regarding the legalization of foreign labor and optimization of HR procedures.
