WorkerService Development History: From an Ice Cream Shop to a Multifunctional Company!

Our journey is an inspiring story of dynamic growth! We started as a small ice cream shop, and today, 16 years later, we are pleased to share with you how we have changed and what we have accomplished.

Our story began 16 years ago with one ice cream shop in a shopping mall. Since then, we have put our heart and passion into our business, and the results are truly visible.

Keeping our roots in mind, from one ice cream shop in the center, in a short period of time we have grown and expanded with five locations in Zory, Mikolow, Katowice, Wroclaw and Bielsko-Biala.

Today Agnieszka Socha's company is much more than just an ice cream shop. It is a dynamically growing entity that includes:

• Five ice cream parlors where we create unique flavors,
• Seven buildings with comfortable apartments for our employees in Zory and Bielsko-Biala,
• An extensive renovation and construction company,
• A temporary employment agency.

We have always focused on people, and our employees are an extremely important part of our success. That's why we offer them comfortable employee housing - spaces for 2, 4, 6 and 10 people with a kitchenette and bathroom, a separate relaxation area for all residents and a laundry room.
