Discovering Talent: A Success Story for our Employees!

At our company, we believe in the potential of our employees. Therefore, we have great joy when we can discover their talents and support them in their development.

In business, employees are the real treasure. At WorkerService, we have the pleasure of discovering the talents of our employees every day. This is a source of great satisfaction for us. And once a year, during our picnic, we hold a Talent Contest to discover the talents of our employees.

Sometimes our employees stay with us for a long time, and sometimes their work in our company is the beginning of their journey to discover new passions and skills. We are happy when we can support their development. After all, together we can achieve more!

An example of successful cooperation and talent support is the story of Alena Sezen, who found a great culinary talent. Now she is a chef at Kozacky Jadlo. She is assisted in this project by Viktoriia Sapelova, who is responsible for marketing and organization. It is thanks to a flexible schedule that the ladies, who are refugees from Ukraine, are able to combine work with childcare, creating delicious dishes. Their skills and organization made it possible to feed more than 400 people during our picnic!
