She came to Poland 5 years ago from near Odessa. She started by working at an automotive factory on the production line, without knowing Polish, today she is a recruitment manager at Worker Service.

She recruits workers from Ukraine, Georgia or Belarus. She is responsible for the entire process: from advertising in foreign services, through interviews, employment, legalization of stay. He helps in the selection of accommodation, insurance or health issues. In a word - the good spirit of all those employed by the agency. Her phone is available almost around the clock.

Asked about the secret of the company's success, she says that the highest capital is the trust that, through years of hard and conscientious work, has been won from people. Privately, what she values most is a fair approach to people, she believes that everyone deserves respect and equal treatment.

Today, at work, she is using her first profession - she graduated from a secondary school of gastronomy - and also excels as a coordinator at Kozackie Jadlo restaurants. She loves it, but wouldn't want to return to cooking for anything in the world.

She has fallen in love with Poland and the Poles and is not going anywhere. She has already brought almost all her family here: her mom, dad, sister, aunt and cousin with their families. They are doing well in Poland.
