Behind every success is a specific person, and usually it's a staff of the right people.

Worker Service was created by women. Meet another of the ladies who built the prestige and strength of our agency. Gabriela Stuchlik, CEO of Worker Service, co-founded the company from its very beginnings. Today she manages a group of more than 500 people. That's why she says the agency is her fourth child.
In addition to her three siblings - now teenagers, of whom she is the most proud in the world - it is Worker Service and the field field hockey team she coaches that occupy the most important part of her heart, mind and time.

Because what is there to say, all three roles are 200 percent work. How does she manage to reconcile it all? By her own admission: with iron consistency, excellent organization and self-discipline.

She is a management and controlling expert by training. For 12 years in human resources, she went through all the steps of her career, up to the position of CEO of Worker Service.
The most important value in her life is people - they are the strength of any enterprise and business. Including ours!
