The past week brought us unforgettable moments full of discussions, inspiration and inspired young minds. We would like to share our excitement with you!

Over the past few days, we had the extraordinary pleasure of participating in two events that showed us the enormous potential of young people in the labor market. On Thursday, we took part in a panel discussion with entrepreneurs at the Silesian Stadium, where we discussed the challenges and prospects of the Polish labor market. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and look at today's situation from different perspectives.

Five days later, at the invitation of the Zagłębie Chamber of Commerce, we had the opportunity to host the Full Life Factory in Dąbrowa Górnicza. There, a lecture awaited us, as well as fruitful discussions with talented young people about their path to their dream career paths. We are glad that we could be part of this inspiring event, which showed how important a role young energy and enthusiasm plays in the development of the economy.

The conclusion after both meetings is clear: entrepreneurs need now more than ever fresh, creative minds ready to go to work. Without their commitment and ideas, the development of our economy would not have such a dynamic pace. It is worth noting that Poland enjoys one of the lowest unemployment rates in the EU (only 2.8%, according to Eurostat), which makes every employee a treasure.

We are extremely pleased with the commitment we saw among the young participants at today's meeting. Their courage in asking questions, seeking help and guidance, and willingness to take on business challenges really inspired us. After the lecture, we had the opportunity to have discussions in smaller groups, where young people shared their dreams of running their own business and asked specific questions about the job market and business procedures.

Our hearts grow seeing the maturity and commitment of the young minds who participated in this unique event. We keep our fingers crossed for their future professional success and are convinced that they have great potential to achieve great things.

We would like to thank the Zagłębie Chamber of Commerce and the District Labor Office in Dąbrowa Górnicza for the invitation, and for creating such an inspiring environment. It was an extremely fruitful and positive week for us, which will surely remain in our memories for a long time!
