Success Story: Zenia from WorkerService!

Today we would like to introduce you to the male side of our company. Meet Yevhen Teplov, known as Zhenya - a young man with extraordinary determination and passion.

Yevhen, only 24 years young, and already with experience that impresses. He came to Poland with his family six years ago, and his first step on the professional path was working in a factory. At WorkerService, he started with similar positions that gave him a solid base.

After two years, Yevhen decided to take on a new challenge and convince us that he could be an excellent recruiter. With his determination, dedication and excellent Polish language skills, he proved that he had what we were looking for. And of course, he was absolutely right!

Today, although young in age, Yevhen looks after a staff of three hundred. His support ranges from the moment they arrive in Poland, to finding jobs, to solving everyday problems. For him, it's not just a job, it's a mission.
